Facilitated the design and development of this private residence. Developed planning and technical drawings. Created 3D studies for structure, details, and interiors to guide design and contract documents.

Responsibilities:

+   Maintaining detailed 3D model of design.
+   Weekly meetings with Rafael Viñoly, structural engineer, and project director.
+   Coordination of interiors, MEP and structure.

I have 8 years of very unique experience and my excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with my project management experience and extensive knowledge of the design and construction process, make me a well rounded creative.

In my career thus far I have purposely sought out challenges that continue to shape me into the architect and person I aspire to be. Working overseas taught me to be subjective and receptive in both life and the workplace. Working at a design/build has given me an appreciation for the construction process and a respect for all trades involved. Working for Rafael Viñoly has taught me patience and a better understanding of handling high profile clients and projects. And finally, my most recent position as Project Manager at S9 Architecture has furthered my construction administration knowledge and provided great opportunity to further develop client relation skills.
